We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, as well as to communicate with you and personalize your experience.

3. Third-Party Services

We may share your information with third-party service providers (such as OpenAI for processing AI responses) strictly for the purpose of operating our service.

4. Google User Data

Connecting a Google account is optional. When you connect one, Xalk requests only the Google API scopes needed for the actions you ask your AI employee to perform on your behalf:

• Google Calendar — check availability and create or update events when your employee books a meeting for you.
• Gmail — read the threads you route to your employee and draft or send the replies you approve.
• Drive, Docs, Sheets and Forms — read the files you add as employee knowledge and write back the documents your employee produces.
• Contacts and Tasks — look up the person your employee is talking to and create follow-up tasks.

Google access tokens and connection settings are stored encrypted. Google user data is used only to provide these features to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI or machine-learning models. We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide these features, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.

You can disconnect Google at any time in your Xalk dashboard, which revokes the stored token, and you can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Google Account permissions page

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. GDPR & Data Deletion Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Every user, regardless of location, has the right to:
