User Data Deletion Instructions
Xalk.ai allows you to connect external services, such as Facebook and Instagram, to power your AI Agents. We respect your privacy and provide a straightforward way to remove your data and disconnect these services at any time.
How to delete your Facebook / Instagram data from Xalk.ai
If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Xalk.ai and wish to delete your data and revoke our access, you can do so by following these steps:
- Remove via Xalk.ai Dashboard:
- Log in to your Xalk.ai account.
- Navigate to the Dashboard And select your Agent.
- Go to the Settings Or Integrations Tab.
- Click Disconnect Next to the Facebook/Instagram integration. This will instantly delete your access tokens and integration data from our servers.
- Remove via Facebook Settings:
- Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Find Xalk.ai In the list of active apps.
- Click Remove To revoke our access completely.
- Request Complete Account Deletion:
- If you want to delete your entire Xalk.ai account and all associated data, please send an email to M@xalk.ai With the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
